I can't sign in to my self service account...and I need to by an add-on for US travel starting July 6th.

You need the help from a CS_Agent to help you access your account through SIMon Chatbot ( type in create a ticket) or private message (envelope icon) on this Community page.

Give them as much account info as you can ie; phone number, account number, on-file credit card info, etc
Tell them you're having trouble with access to your self-service account and that you want to buy one of the 10 Day US talk/text/data add-ons...effective on July 6th.
Watch the little envelope icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

Only thing PM has available for travel to US is the 10 Day US roaming add-ons (talk/text/data) Once you buy ...it's active for 240 hours (10 days)...make sure you don't buy it too early. I'd suggest waiting until the day you leave...or even wait until you arrive in US..then log in to your PM account and buy the add-on you want.
edit'd...you can also buy the add-on by dialing 611...you will need you account pin number.
For an extended stay...consider getting a local sim and a cheap US plan. Walmart has some inexpensive options.

@ElaineHiggs Community has a completely different login to My Account.
Sorry, there is no 20 days plan. You will need to buy 10 days first and re-buy again on the 11th day. However, there usually a 1 day wait after your first add-on expired. You will need to open ticket with PM Support to help you to re-buy if you do not want the 1 day wait in between
Honest, I suggest you to buy local data prepaid sim card and then use VoIP app (TextNow or Fongo) for voice and text. it is cheaper that way and you will get more data , and less trouble

@ElaineHiggs tried the Forgot Password link and see if you can self-reset the password? But you will need to answer the security question as well
If unable to reset it that way, open ticket with PM Support and they can sort this out for you
