@Accountant You can try and ask support nicely to credit the account if the long distance is of no use to you

I mean how can I use my credit as I bought for long distance
05-26-2023 01:25 PM
therefore I cannot call what happens to my credit and I cannot use it?

@Accountant You could bring doing cached info try signing in again incognito or a different device and see if the data amount seems more accurate

@Accountant Unfortunately, Iran isn't on the list of countries that can be called with LD mins although it seems, like you discovered, some customers were able to place calls to countries not any official list, however, that loophole seems to have been closed recently. You'll need to get a calling card or use an app like Whatsapp, Skype.

also I don't know why my data plan finished so soon. it's wired

@Accountant Well if you used all the long distance mins you would just simply have to buy another long distance add on
add if you still have the long distance ad don and can’t use it try and reboot phone and make sure your trying to call a country that’s included in the list
international calling covers the
following countries:
Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela
