Did your plan get renewed lately? Did a payment go through?

yes i tried by restarting the phone and also by removing the sim

Hi @rupesh. Did you recently renew you plan? Are you on auto pay & the renewal date was yesterday or today? Does anything work (data/text/voice)?
Have you tried removing and re-inserting your SIM?
