My phone suddenly was unable to connect to the internet with LTE and can only connect with the 4G band.
This issue occurred suddenly and has lasted all day. I installed a sim card from another network and everything is fine. the public mobile connection has no LTE data.

What type of phone do you have? You can check the APN settings.
See if your phone has the following. If not, delete and add the below
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

did you try put your PM sim card in another phone?
And on your usual phone, check if you have data limit set, maybe you reached the monthly limit and the device stopped the use of data
and try Reset All networks on your phone , too
