When I try it, the website says:
"Unfortunately, Voucher #395525XXXXX could not be added. Please verify the Voucher and try again."
I hid the last few digits here, but I can give it to support in a PM. How do I get this resolved please? My phone expires in about 10 hours.

Also I didn't know about *611 for loading - very helpful if it expires while I'm out and about and buy a voucher but can't use it because of an expired data connection!
611 should work even for a suspended account

I had to go to a meeting for a couple hours.... near the end of the meeting, on my laptop, I gave the website load another try before I pulled out my phone...
this time it worked!
So it was just a really big lag.

And I'm entering the correct PIN, not the serial number, I've been doing this for a year now.
Also I tried it a few itmes over the past half an hour and it's still doing the same thing.

Some of these vouchers don't work immediately as there is a delay from the time that they are purchased to the time that they start working. I know that your plan expires in 10 hours, but I would try applying the voucher again a little later.
