If this is the case (that your account was inactive for 90+ days and was cancelled by PM), then your previous history no longer exists with PM and you will need to register for a beta invite as a new customer here: http://publicmobile.ca/en/on/beta

Why is it "disabled"?
If an account is inactive for over 90 days it is cancelled, if that is the case you would have to re-join Public Mobile as a new customer with the new rate plans.
