Under normal circumstances, when an account is disabled, it is due to non-payment for 91 days after your plan expired.

If the above applies to you, you no longer have an account with Public Mobile. You must start again as s new client, by requesting a SIM card. It may take between 1 and 3 weeks to receive it.
