so Friday night I lose my phone service completely until Monday ,my service came back with totally different number and my account is lost ,,I am trying to contact anyone from public mobile with no luck anything you want to do the first thing they ask for account number witch for some reasons mine got changed by hacker or something. my old number is used for business , how I could bring my old number back please I need help

did you join PM a month ago with porting? if you did and was a month ago, then the number was changed because you didn't complete the porting process (like you didn't reply Yes to your old carrier to approve the port)

Give them as much info as you can. Their reply will be in the top right corner of this page where the mailbox is.

@dubush are you able to sign into your account? If so, you can change the number back.
Sign into account , click the Profile tab and the Change Phone number section.
