my number doesnt work

i recently switchecd to public and my new mobile number doesn't work. it shows i have two different numbers and idk.

hi @Jasmeetkaur 

remove your old sim card if it is physical 

disable your old eSIM if it is an eSIM

then reboot phone and Reset All Networks on the phone

is same, message support for help

More information would be helpful. 

Are you able to receive calls or texts on your original phone number?  What about outing calls and texts?  Data working?

@Jasmeetkaur  Try rebooting the phone first if you haven’t already or reset network settings see if that helps
