How do I change my email if my current one is locked.

I still don't know why you are experiencing what you have now.  But what agent tells you? Escalated to Telus?

I think agent can tie the login with My Account easily.  You have submitted ticket with them?

Only have one account tied to one community account - again --- my account email is locked and won't update -

But this is a new Community account you created on Tue.  You have another Community account? To login My Account successfully, you should keep the same email login.

@Dublicate_acct- I've also experienced this. It really seems that this first line of support is very limited in what they can do and what they know. So they just fob customers off to some internal tech department. Then the customer waits. I have had conversations with those people, so they exist.
In Telus world though, I'm still waiting for some kind of response, twice.

I am experiencing the identical situation. Over the past 3 weeks have reported this to CS agents several time but they don’t seemsble to fix it. They always respond that they have escalated my case to their IT  engineers but again no response or fix.

you meant you cannot access your email ? or your PM account is locked?

Can you still login My Account?  you can have the 2FA sent to your phone via SMS.  

Once you logged in, you can then change your email address by going to Profile Page, click Manage EverSafe ID:

But if you cannot even login My Account, then message support and they can help to change the email address used for My Account

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
