Go to your setting in the cellular tab (if iphone) and there should be a toggle switch to enable it.

Just reset the Network setting on your phone and it should be good unless you used up all your data. In this case, you need to purchase additional data Add-on.
Login to your account in your data usage to see if you have gone over.

@bce What plan are you on ? Maybe you used all your data ?
do you have cellular data turned on in phone settings ? Or have data limiter set maybe ?
and is your account active ? Does anything else work talk text ? Maybe try rebooting the phone if you haven’t already and account is active and you checked phone settings
