check if your number cannot ported into PM here (it is a Koodo site, but PM and Koodo use the same Telus system)

Then make sure your Eastlink account still active. Get the account Eastlink Account number
And get a PM sim card from Telus or Koodo stores. Once you have that, you can download the PM app and start activation there. After payment step, just select Transfer phone number and enter the phone number and the Eastlink account number
Once activated, Eastlink will send you a text asking for your permission to transfer, you need to reply Yes within 90 mins
