HOW to transfer phone number from eastlink to public mobile

Here is the instructions to port your number over to PM:

Remember to leave your old SIM in your phone and wait for the text and confirm with YES within the 90 minute window that you are porting over to PM.

HI @garyrose 

check if your number cannot ported into PM here (it is a Koodo site, but PM and Koodo use the same Telus system)

Then make sure your Eastlink account still active.  Get the account Eastlink Account number

And get a PM sim card from Telus or Koodo stores.  Once you have that, you can download the PM app and start activation there.  After payment step, just select Transfer phone number and enter the phone number and the Eastlink account number

Once activated, Eastlink will send you a text asking for your permission to transfer, you need to reply Yes within 90 mins
