Anyone else having a problem getting into "my account"? I can get in but when I go to look at subscriptions and add ons it just spins but doesn't open

Not sure where I look to find the network mode? I'm a little challenged when it comes to things like this.😕

Hi my phone is showing 3g and my phone does have 5g capability. Not sure how to change it to 5g.

@Sue-s1 Sometimes it take a little bit load up , but you can also try the app instead of website see if that any better for you

@Sue-s1 Do you have 5G capable phone ? If yes have you changed your network to 5G instead of 4G/LTE ? Also this wouldn’t happen to be a Samsung s20 by any chance

I have a 5 g plan but my phone shows its running on 3g/2g any ideas how to fix this?
