been having lots of issues trying to access my account to make changes, check info, etc. kept giving me an error-page not found. had submitted a ticket and had my account reset with an auto password. Since then i am unable to log in, i cannot change my password as it now gives a different error. I cannot access my account at all.
same issues trying to log into my kids accounts as I monitor these. I've submitted a new ticket yet still cant get responses. Beyond frustrating and is now making me want to change providers as you cant get any assistance. Please help.

Use my phone a lot but lately been on the laptop. Was able to get support to reset my password and get into my account so hopefully no more issues

I use chrome also. Was able to connect and get my password reset so hopefully no more issues. Appreciate the help

No issues accessing My Account nor My rewards.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to try to log in. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.

Hmmm, I didn’t have any problems accessing my account.
I am using Chrome as my browser.
What browser are you using?

Your reset password may have expired. How long ago did you get it? If you need a new one reply to the last private message you recieved from the CSA. Recieving a reply should not exceed one hour. In the meantime what browser are you using? On mobile or on a pc, laptop or tablet?

cleared cache, went incognito, remove cookies, attempt to sign in/reset password still same error.

@AngelaHavard hi have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? or try using a different browser in private or incognito mode ,try to sign in again
