my account is disabled and i can't get any info

So i don't know what happend to my account its not active and it won't let me even go on the self serve it says my email is disable ?> i have tried to get in touch with the moderator but they are not gettin back to me ......  HELP

Hi @Danes You need to send a message to the Moderator_Team by clicking on the Letter icon on the top right hand corner. I don't think the moderators who have the power will go through every thread like you do to find people to help.

You can try with the 611 to put money in your account if you have a credit card registered in your account.

@Danes  Are you sure you are using the correct email?

@Danes Try again using the Chrome browser in incognito, and try resetting the password. If that doesn't work you will just have to wait for the moderators, it can take up to 2 days for them to respond
