I want to have 2 subscriptions/plans on my one account. How do I do this?

That's not actually correct. While Public Mobile only allows one phone number per account, Freedom/Wind Mobile has allowed more than one phone number in an account that has prepaid service.

Postpaid plans like Telus and other carriers will have family plans that you can consolidate to one account.
I confirmed this at my local Telus/Koodo store.

I wanted to have all my plans under one account like Telus. I don't want to have 3 accounts for 3 plans.

Yes, you can first change the current account to another email address. After it is changed, you can then reuse the email for a new subscription (but I think another member said you were to wait a day before reusing the email address for another account)
Just change the email address at Manage EverSafe ID page on the Profile page

So can I change the email and contact number as I want to use the email i registered for another phone number
