Tried porting a number. Said activation not complete. Phone got text saying successful created a pin but no one created a pin and activation not working

Ok, but I was using the phone a week back. It is set to LTE also not 3G. Great, now I need to get a newer phone.

So when did support stop cause it worked for the last year.

I have a motorola G power 2021, it has been working since I signed up but just stopped recently. I have put the sim in a LG G8x Thinq and it also didn't work.

I tried changing the sims and it says public mobile but nothing works and telus is still working. I will contact thx
