Tried porting a number. Said activation not complete. Phone got text saying successful created a pin but no one created a pin and activation not working

I tried changing the sims and it says public mobile but nothing works and telus is still working. I will contact thx

can you make outgoing calls and is data working?
Reboot phone and reset network settings
if you cannot even make outgoing calls, the sim or account was not setup properly and you need PM to help,. message PM using this link:

If outgoing call works and just not inbound, it is a porting issue. There is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
