Is there a signal booster package? I don’t have the signal I used to sometimes shows full bars and stuff won’t load for internet calls are choppy even with 3 bars at times

I would then recommend that you contact customer service agent.  Might need a network refresh from their end. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket. It will take 1-2 hours for response time.

Voice over lte. That would help with the voice cutouts if my internet worked properly I am betting it would be worse as the internet is trash lte 3G 5g what ever g you try it just takes for ever to load the simplist things.i appreciate the help just frustrating paying for a service that don’t work properly.like I said it worked flawless before never an issue now were it always worked fine is no longer all that good anymore

iPhone 14 what is this volte you had mentioned? And I have tried what you have suggested.i have same plan and same phone in the areas i used to have great service now is longer that good i have 4 bars right now 3G and is slower than molasses on a cold day i tried switching lte or 5g and 5g auto as well same thing and possibly even slower.like mentioned above if not resolved i will have not other choice but to switch providors as i am not going keep paying for a service that i cannot use or use properly

Looks like from your previous post that you have an iPhone.  Which one?  

Might want to check the cell tower map to see the nearest tower to your main location.  You might be in an area with overall poor signal.

what phone do you have?  PM is realigning some 3G bands and could affect voice if your phone is not on PM's VoLTE whitelist.  You can check here if your phone can use VoLTE with PM network:

For data, try Reset network settings.  Also, 5G might not be the best, change the network mode to 4G or LTE and test.  Run proper Speed test to confirm the speed

I do not have the service or internet speed like I used to it is slow even with the 5g and when there good service signal..calls are choppy at times as well. Is there some type of service signal booster package. I already tried switching data to 5g auto to lte to 3G still all same

I have already tried that thanks though and yes rural area I used to have service in all these spot no problem and worked fine but last while service hasn’t been that great and the internet is slower than ever even when it shows full bars,switching 5g auto to 3G to lte it all the same

what phone do you have?  and you are in rural area?

Try Reset network settings on the phone first.  Also, try the different network mode, 3G, 4G (or LTE) and 5G.  See if it makes any difference
