multiple accounts and need to cancel one

I have 3 public mobile accounts, and one needs to be changed so my young adult can pay for his own phone.  How do I transfer his number so it isn't automatically paid from my credit card?

log in to that account > Payment > scroll down to Update Card Information...there, you can add his valid payment card.
