I have 3 public mobile accounts, and one needs to be changed so my young adult can pay for his own phone.  How do I transfer his number so it isn't automatically paid from my credit card?

My card was lost so ordered another one but my pre payment was denied. What do I do to give Public Mobile my new card number?

I am from Canada in the US and my phone plan includes phoning and texting in Canada, the US and Mexico but it says I have to pay a roaming fee.
