My card was lost so ordered another one but my pre payment was denied. What do I do to give Public Mobile my new card number?

You will need to login your self service account. Then go to payment section to change payment details. Either via the PM app or the website. Use the your chosen email as login ID.

Login My Account and update. You might have trouble receiving 2FA on the phonez simply click Didn't receive code and choose Send Email to get the code
