hi

 

may be this is a new bug.

 

my plan is going to expire in 14 april.

 

i am on 25$ plan and having 10$ in my account +2 $ auto pay +1 $ referrals 

 

while making one time payment website give me be error “your account has already enough balance”. as per me i still have to pay about 12$ to having my plan continue 

 

but payment is not going through and i didn’t want to take risk of autopay failure.

 

plese find image.

Not 911 but 611...do you have still problem? Your payment went through and is in your available funds?

This is a public forum please blank out your account number from the pic that you posted.

 

What happens if you try to make the payment using *611 on your phone? Does it go through?

 

In any event login into your account and make sure that the AutoPay due date is the same as your Payment Due date. If it's not you need to contact the Moderator Team for help.

What is your renewal date at the bottom of your overview page? April 14 or May 7?

 

PM self-serve did not let you add $12 in your account?

Call 611 from your phone to add fund using your autopay cc.

@shakti  I have deleted your picture from the message because it contains personally identifiable information about your account.  You will still need to go into your account profile and delete the image from there as well.

good to know, I have not load any money so far, maybe need to tell MOD about this bug.
