Check your online forums. Massive amounts of complaints.Phone says it cannot make local outgoingcalls but we confirmed our accounts are paid in full.

I'm just updating the thread - the issue has now been resolved. Can you please power cycle and test your outgoing calls?

The issue is "known" by the many users, but has yet to be confirmed as "known" by Public Mobile's abysmal public relations.

So far, the issue is not know by public mobile, not acknowledged and they are not working on it -- as far as any of us know for sure.

This is a known network wide outage, not just for you. Unfortunately, there are no estimates on when it will be fixed at the moment. Please be patient until Public Mobile works to fix the outage.

@CS_Agent I have this problem as well. This is unacceptable. I cannot call anyone. Please, resolve asap.
