Hello @CS_Agent,
I am trying to register, bought a SIM Card, I have it with me, I am trying to register my account now to activate it, when I click on the create account button I am met with a vertify your phone number page which says my current line isn't valid.
When I spoke to the bot about porting my number, it said it was later in the activation steps (step 5) but I can't even create an account to start the activation steps, let alone trying to port it over.

@ExtremeFiretop, I am happy to see that you figured things out. Note to other new customers, the bot SIMon provides basic canned responses based on key words. For greater detail, there is a knowledge base section in this forum which contains much more details on various aspects of this service. For this particular topic of activating an account after obtaining a new SIM card, this knowledge base post provides the details. The activation link is also included in the knowledge base. As mentioned there are other knowledge base posts covering other all aspects of the service. Let's all put the knowledge base to great use and make @Alan_K's day!

So I got it resolved myself, not using a different broswer, don't listen to the bot, don't try to create an account, simply use the activate simcard link at the bottom of this page, which will create your account for you. Link can be found here: https://activate.publicmobile.ca/
The create account button on the top "My account" is broken and doesn't do anything.
