If you go to the GET HELP at top right of the community page. Then type 'customer support' in "Search your question" box you will see these methods provided to you.

How to Open a Ticket / Contact Moderators
1. Click Chat Bubble and type "Open Ticket"
2. Click "Contact PM Support"
3. Select "Account Specific Question"
4. Click "No, I Need A Human Now"
5. Select the link "Click Here To Submit A Ticket"
6. This opens a new window. Log in with Community Account NOT your self serve.
7. Now provide log in info of Self Serve account NOT Community account.
8. Follow prompts.

Here are the 2 ways to open ticket with PM:
1. If you have access to My account: Click https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

HI @cainey PM Support is all online and you have to open ticket with them and wait for their reply on the Community inbox. You can use the ways provided by other members above
And if you don't mind, share your question here and we can try to explain and maybe we can resolve your issue quicker (of course, we have no access to your account and won't be able to help with refund or overcharge problems)

Or perhaps you'd like to share what your issue is and other users maybe able to offer advice or suggestions unless it involves account access in which case you need PM customer support agents (formerly called moderators).
