How do I create a ticket for phone problem

What kinda phone ?

@nreedman   You got the CPO phone form PM?  Does it come with a SIM tray PIN?  If it was missing form the box, easiest way is to borrow one from friends or bring it to any mobile store and they can borrow you one , or even give you one. 

 

If it is really stuck and cannot open even with the PIN, please open ticket with PM support using direct message (Chatbot might still not work for CPO related ticket) .  Direct message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

To open ticket with PM Support

1. If you have access to My account: At  https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
