missing two 25$ rewards for friend referral...

I referred 2 friends on July 31. I received the 1$/month reward for each. I never got a 25$ credit. I received a text from pm saying "you have successfully referred a friend....". The friends registered online. I'm pretty sure everything was done correctly, in the right time frame, to receive the 25$ credit. Not sure who to ask for help for this with. Thanks.

Ok, I found the numbers....must have had a slow internet connection there.

No need to be sorry.  

On your rewards page, there is a small right arrow to the left of the Total Rewards earned line. Click on that arrow and it show the phone numbers of the people you referred to.  It should show your friend's numbers.  

Moderators are good at helping, but just need to wait unfortunately.

Thanks. I don't see their numbers on my rewards page at all....just that I have 2 referrals. Sorry, new to this .

You would want to get them to screen capture their payments page, your own payment page and the fact that you have both their numbers in your rewards page. This is just to make your case.

As others have mentioned, it sounds like your best bet is to send a private message to Moderator_Team and explain what happened - include as many details as you can in your initial message to them so that you can minimize the back and forth, including your phone number, account number, name, PIN, and the phone numbers of the two friends you referred.

There's no such thing as a Public Mobile store. However, when people refer to "in store" they mean at a Walmart, London Drugs, WOW mobile boutique, or K-Mobile - those are the brick and mortar locations where you can buy a PM SIM and activate in person.

Did your friends activate in-store or online? The believe the $25 for the referrer was only if the person activated online.

If you think you should have received a credit I would recommend DM'ing @CS_Agent with your account info and they can look into it for you and apply any missing credits in applicable.
