What exactly do you mean by live chat, do you mean facetime on an apple device? or Facebook messenger?

They both require internet, either wifi or data. 

I suggest that if you would like to use either and you dont have much data you try to use them in places that have wifi like home or possibly work.

Or do you mean to get someone to help you out on here, like a live chat tech support?
