before logging into your self-serve to rectify this issue, clear cache and cookies from the system and try using an incognito or private tab to login.
Many folks have found greater success when using desktop or laptop devices as well.
It’s possible your credit card may have expired in which case you will need to update the credit card on the system.
If your credit card needs to be updated, here’s how to do it:
log into your self-serve account
click the 3rd tab down on the left hand side, titled "Payments"
in the Pre-authorized area tap "Manage Payment Method"
then tap "Update Card Information"
from there, you'll be prompted to enter the complete credit card information with the new information
then tap "Save Payment Information" at the bottom

Auto pay can fail
To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611 no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary
