I lost my sim card last week traveling and want to transfer my public phone number to Koodoo. I can not reveive the sms message from public to authorize transfer of number without a sim card. can someone help me
you are luck that both Koodo and PM are owned by Telus. With this relationship, Koodo can in fact just "move" your phone number over without the regular porting procedure. Please contact Koodo support and explain about your situation.
