I broke my phone with an sim. I have a different phone and purchased a SIM card. I want to keep my old account and number. I am not able to log into my account because it requires authentication to my email (which is fine) but then wants to double verify using an old obsolete phone number that I have no access to.
I have been trying to reach an agent for support, but have had zero luck

That won't work for me because I can't get past the eversafe 2fa and it keeps sending it to the phone I don't have access to. There is no option for me to verify with email. I made the mistake of having the service setup on a relatives phone with eSIM and they left the country but didn't do the full verification so I'm stuck in a loop and CS won't help.

I wouldn’t suggest you call your CC company to dispute charges because PM will force you to pay with vouchers for a year as per @Cnfzcpt .
When you login to your account on the PM app. Just click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent to your email.
Then on the Account tab>Change Your SIM Card.
If you are having issues login contact a CS_Agent.

I have a similar issue and the customer service is of no use and no help. Call your credit card company.

use this link to message Customer Support. Give them as much acct info as you can..ie; ph number, acct #, name on acct, PM pin #..etc..
