i have lost my sim and wanted get a new sim for the same number if possible. but i have automated payment option which i need to stop if i cant get the sim back. please help.

@anne89 No you just put in the new SIM card number in the bottom circled picture in profile tab . And be sure to do this on lap top or computer only . Just not on phone itself
Adding and everything will work the same as it had before plan / number and auto pay

thank you. After login with the new sim account will i need my old sim to swap the numbers at any point? Also will my automated payment option swap along with that?

What you have to do is to get new SIM and do simple SIM transfer/replacement through Profile. Yo udo not have to suspend your account if yo can get a hold of new SIM quickly. Otherwise if you are concerned somebody might abuse your current SIM/phone log in and suspend service through lost/stolen phone option.

- Change SIM number
- Transfer Phone Number

@anne89 Pick up a new SIM card and SIM card swap the number in your my account like this to keep your same phone number and plan
