I am still paying my monthly subscription but lost SIM card, no space on my phone to download the app for e-sim. can I keep my phone number when get a new card, and where and how to do it, it does not allow me on my account page.

You can purchase a new SIM from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store or from Amazon or order from PM (but this may take up to 3 weeks to arrive).
Once you have the new SIM, login to your account and under the Account tab then to Change Your SIM Card.
If you are having issues login to your account. You will need to contact an agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket.
