There are 12 CS Agents online to provide support at the moment.
1. Check your support ticket whether it is in your private message(envelop icon) SENT box or not.
If you cannot find your support ticket in your SENT box, you did not created your ticket. Please create it again.
2. If you created your support ticket over 2 days ago, create another ticket for support.
While you are waiting, you can tell us what is your issue. If it is not require account access, we can help you to get it working faster than waiting for CSA. Please do not disclose you personal info on this forum.
