I have autopay plan with unlimited long distance and text...the plan was renewed yesterday and now I can't make any calls

Please don't suggest lost phone toggle.  Listing rewards is guaranteed.   The workarounds are all about not having to contact the moderators.  This will ensure a need to contact them to fix the rewards and the toggle might not work.  So two moderator interactions when one will do.

Is there a renew button you can press?

Should restart the phone after.

If it still doesn't work out tells you that you have enough on account, try topping up with $1. Then restart again

@Maddog1950 , please take a look at your account to confirm that the status is active.  There's was another customer reporting issues with renewal.  Anyway, is your account is active and payment taken, I suggest contacting the moderator team and have them reset the account.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions. If use of smartform brings no joy, then use the following direct link to private message the moderator team. Refer to the following knowledge base article for additional information on the moderator team.
