long distance call

Tonight I dialled a S Carolina Number from Toronto, and I received a message saying this call may incur long distance charges, but I have the $50 package with unlimited minutes between Canada and the USA, is this message standard?

I get that too. It's just the standard Telus warning that if you don't have long distance minutes on your plan you'll be charged. It's inaccurate and you can ignore it.
