If the same email address was used to create both accounts you will need to contact customer support with a different email address so they can create a new login for one of your accounts.

Customer support wait times are still a little backed up. Usually a few hours it may take up to 48 hours to recieve a reply. Keep an eye on your private message box by clicking on your avatar at the top right of your screen.

Each account uses a separate login.  Were both accounts set up using a different e-mail address?
