@ariesjo324 - how long have you been a Public mobile customer? You community account was just created, so did you sign up long ago through a retail store? If so, you may not have registered for an account at that time.

Make sure to store this info in a safe spot for future reference once you have found it.

The username would be an email address you would have used when you signed up. Look in all your email accounts for a welcome email or other marketing and promotions emails. That would be email address username. Then you can use the reset password link to reset the password.
