I know both my email and password and have gone through the process to change both. I then get a code
sent to email but still can not log on.

if you tried on Incognito browser mode and still does not work, you will need to ask PM to help. Since you cannot login, you won't be able to open Chatbot ticket, you will need to message PM here :

@Tristan389 , try again using incognito mode if accessing the account on a browser and clear app data if accessing with the mobile app.
