Hello i can not log on to Public mobile. My email address and password both need to be changed and i have submitted tickets but no one has responded. I have to leave the country and need to Roam so i need to get help. PLEASE help me get hold of some one. Jim xxxxxphone or text # 604-xxxxxxxxx, email xxxxxxxx

The email address is just a login id. Are your services working? You can send the password reset to SMS suspended or not and also login verification with SMS with active service.
Are you going to the US? That's the only place to roam with Public. You can buy roaming add-ons in the account and also 611 (and 18554public) and also the chatbot.

If you managed to open a ticket then agent will get back to you. Sometimes it takes few hours but they DO respond.
Did you try to call 611 and buy US add-on?

edit remove your personal info , below your name to the right arrow by the time stamp tap it and edit
