Just activated sim card and needs to log into my account but it says the username and password is invalid...do i need to do something else?

PM's self-serve functions are very touchy and require the perfect conditions for entry and access to updated information.
It's recommended to always log in after going incognito or private to avoid these results.

tried that, still not working...i got the account set up for the community, this is the jaredlph one you were talking to earlier. everytime i try to log in with the credentials i used to active it says invalid username or password

@connorhebhen @It will be the same email and password you used to activate SIM card , maybe try again incognito mode private mode there are cache issues

Try clearing your systems cache and cookies and open an Incognito or private tab and try again.
Others have noted issues either accessing self-serve or the activation portals in the past 12 hours.
