Have two functional phones with public mobile but I can only log into one of them. Is there some way to login using the phone number or obtaining the details that I used when I set up the second account?

contact customer support mods and Change the email that is linked to the phone number you cannot see. you are only allowed one email per account.
what you can do is use an alias so that both accounts still go to the same email
ie. carole4@gmail.com
carole4+2@gmail.com
please click on the green chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen to speak with SIMon
type "moderator"
(use the chat bubble options, click "contact moderator" then click "click here to submit a ticket!)
*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

you can't log in with one phone number or one email with two account.
For Each account with public mobile can only have a one phone number
for A second account
a new email
and you can use the same your address home
and the same your credit card
and all your information you can put it the samething,
just the Different for A second account you need a new email .as a many new line you like to Activate.

@Carole4 : Look in all your email inboxes for any welcome emails from when you activated. Or for marketing things like Telus health etc. That would be the login email address.
Did you activate in a store or yourself online?
If in a store then did you create the second account?

have you setup the My Account for the 2nd phone yet?? You have setup and forgotten to login or you have not setup at all??
if you have forgotten or unsure if you setup the second one, you will need to open a ticket with Mod to confirm.
If you are sure you have not setup for the 2nd one yet, then you will have to set it up now using a different email address. One email address can only be used for one account

The self serve login is a combination of e-mail address and password. Sorry, but phone number cannot be used.
