i am currently locked out of my public mobile self serve account

@dre1921333 , if you are just trying to activate your account and it has not been suspended for more than 90 days, you do not need to attach a new SIM to your account.

Once you are back into your SELF SERVE, add funds to the amount of your plan then reactive or resume your account.

Reboot your phone afterwards.

 

Unless you mean you are trying to activate a whole new number/account...then as others have said you need a separate email to set that up.

Try again in 50 minutes. Use incognito mode. You can use the Forgot your password link if you need to.

Each account is separate and needs it's own sim and it's own email address...as well as it's own number.

@dre1921333   Try clearing your cache/cookies and use a different browser with incognito/privacy mode enabled before retrying.  You may need to also wait another hour if you've made too many attempts with incorrect login info.

 

Vouchers can be added to your account by dialing 611 too.
