I've been locked out of both my sons and my accounts. ive been a customer aboit 15 years. it's been well over a year and have tried everything that ive been told. im only able to post this because i used a new email and a link that someone posted for me. i cant accecc my account settings plans nothing. i need help now. ive been very patient. you can email if you have to xxxxxx@gmail.com

Have you contacted customer service agents yet?  If so, what did they say?
