I moved to a different city and needed a new phone number. Since I changed to my new number I am locked out of my account because the 2step verification is still wanting to send the code to my old phone number. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem please?

I am sorry I had to go out to a dental appointment and left fast . I have tried to update my eversafe ID page but i can't go back there.. I am leaving tomorrow morning for 2 months so I will have to leave this and deal with it when I get back. Thank you for trying to help me.

@Ka8 Do you see option says “didn’t get code “ tap it and you should get option to send code to email instead . You can try and wait one full hour and try again incognito mode / private mode or from another device . Or try the app instead of webiste or vise versa . You ask support to update your eversafe ID with the new number so you can get code sent to it if you cannot log in

use email to receive 2FA first to login . Click Didn't receive code and send email
if you can login , go to Profle page and Manage Eversfe id to update the phone number
if you cannot login, ask PM support agent to help. Message them
