just paid 17 dollars did not get 4 dollar reeward

today i paid over 17 dollars i am supposed to be 4 dollars reward the enable was on and i was still charged the 2 year loyalty

@antonietta   did you pay the $17 for renewal ? or did you plan $17 for a plan change?

You mentioned 2 year loyalty, have you been getting the 2 years loyalty ? or you were getting  $1 ( 1 year) loyalty and is supposed to change to $2 this month?

Can you post your transaction history for us to understand?

Did you switch over to the points reward system?
