i am trying to download the public mobile on my new phone but l am getting a error message it is saying ask your it for the correct qr code how do l fix it

I was told I have to wait until I receive my physical sim card in the mail and the I can complete the activation process

That makes sense. You can't finish your activation until you receive the physical SiM card in the mail. Your plan should not "start" the 30 day cycle until you input the SIM card number from the Physical Sim card.
It can take up to 10 business days for physical SiM cards to arrive.

Hmmm, that is strange, my friend have an Samsung A13 and he had no issues downloading the app.
Did you try searching on the Google Play store for the Public Mobile app?

Is the OS up to date on your Android phone? Some older phones won’t download the PM app.
What is the make and model of your phone?

Sorry, I am a bit confused. Please review your situation from the beginning. Are you a new customer activating a new phone line? Or are you an existing customer just trying to move your plan to new phone? More details the better.

i have a android phone and it will not let me go pass the start up screen as l got a new phone as it is telling me i need to enter a sim card to processed

Do you have an android or iPhone? You should able to directly go to App store (IOS) or Google play (android) to download the PM app.

Did you activate an eSIM or physical SIM card?
If eSIM, did you receive an email with the QR code?

yes i did activate it on the website first but it will not let me download the pm mobile app as it was giving that error message it is saying ask your IT for the correct QR code

Did you first activate your PM plan on the website first? If so, you will need to download the PM app on your phone to finish the activation process.
