I successfully registered an account, but after a while, it always shows my email address and password do not match and I can't log in (but I AM SURE it's correct). Furthermore, when I clicked resetting password, it showed that my email address was invalid. Then I clicked register new account with the same email address, it showed existed. I just can't log in no matter what I do. What should I do?

Download the app and try again. I solved it by doing that.

Sames issue happened with me. chat cot doesn't help. reset my password multiple times with days in between. Im ready to give

@Cucu yes yes yes. Finally I downloaded the APP then login successfully. By the way I’d like to mention, it also often said the code input was incorrect then I found it’s bcz it sometimes sent multiple codes at once at the same time (not just one) and easily to get it wrong. So we must carefully see and select the last last one code to input.
Just sharing what I’v experienced. Hope it may help someone.

I sent a private email to CS_Agent asking for help and await their reply. Hope they won't ask me to change an email address, re-register and restart again. (HOW DID THEY come up with the solution of asking me to re-register with a new email)😖😠😠

@Joylin I figured it out! They want you to download the their app. Once you have it downloaded, you can then fill the email & password and it will accept it.

I have the same problem. I just gave my creditcard information and when I was downloading the qrcode, the website just kicked me out. When I tried to log in so I could finish the activation, I couldn't get in anymore. It tells me my email and password don't match or invalid and yet they were sending me the confirmation codes on the email. I tired using incognito too. didn't work!

@Joylin Try again incognito private mode or from another device . If on app clear app cache or uninstall it and reinstall it and try again .If still no luck please submit ticket with support to help
